@kelv No, I don't think the do-release-upgrade command allows you to by- pass this check. So try what Mitchell just said above your comment, try to remove rabbitmq-server instead. Try proceed with the Ubuntu upgrade using do-release-upgrade CLI command. And finally try to install RabbitMQ & recreate the cluster.
Since my cluster is also not very complicated and fully managed by the Symfony framework.
