Hi,
I was digging into a similar issue reported in the forum, see:

and was able to confirm that this indeed is a problem with snapd which
may occur if the snap is rebuilt from a delta in a pre-download change.
I hope to have this fixed by 2.66, but worst case it may end up in some
of the point releases that follow.
