Newer Linux kernels have become pedantic about bandwidth requirements so
display cables that worked in older versions of Ubuntu may not work now.
It would be very hard to prove that's a software bug so I usually just
recommend buying a higher grade cable, and don't connect it through a
dock at least while you're testing the cable.

If you would like to report any more issues then please open new bugs
for them so that we can be sure the 'oibaf' PPA is no longer a factor.

Title:
  i cant set 4k resolution on my laptop, there is no options for higer
  resolutioon more than 1080, i try to set with xrandr adding new mods
  for 2.5k and 4k, i can set on past version of ubnutu 22 but i lost
  that option now in 24, i install latest drivers for frirmware
