Closing as won't fix as impish and hirsute are both out of support at
this point. There is currently another issue with kodi on noble (LP:
#2079914) which I'm in the process of fixing, but that *should* get kodi
working on noble, on the raspberry pi (at least it's work for me with
that fix in place, in ppa:waveform/kodi).
