@zhhuabj thanks for the Bobcat PR. The SRU needs to be done in
descending order so we need to confirm the fix is in Caracal before we
do Bobcat. Can you (a) confirm if the patch is backported upstream for
this release and (b) propose the SRU if it is or (c) get it backported
upstream first if not. Of course if the fix is already available in
Noble then you can skip this step and we then go to Bobcat but I need
confirmation first.
