Public bug reported:

Installing from ubuntu 22 to 24 I got the message
" An unresolved problem while calculating the upgrade.
This was likely caused by "Unofficial software package not provided by Ubuntu.
Please use the tool ppa-puge to remove softeare from ppa Luanchapd..."

I followed the instrucions and removed all disabled ppa; but when I run the
upgrade those ppa are newly installed"

Please, let me know I can proceed with the upgrade.

Thanks
