If scaling (200% or fractional scaling like 125%, etc.) is enabled, cursor
sizes are wrong with KDE Plasma.
This has been fixed in gtk4 main and will likely be included in a future
4.16.x release but we would prefer to fix this issue before Ubuntu 24.10
is released.
