I can confirm that svn2git from noble-proposed has fixed the bug for me.
Test done:
install svn2git and execute "svn2git" to confirm that it still fails to
run.
Added noble-proposed to apt sources.
install svn2git from noble-proposed.
Follow the testplan and use svn2git on svn://repo.hu/fungw/trunk.
Do "git log" to confirm.
Package tested:
$ apt-cache policy svn2git
svn2git:
Installed: 2.4.0-3ubuntu0.1
Candidate: 2.4.0-3ubuntu0.1
Version table:
*** 2.4.0-3ubuntu0.1 100
100 http://gb.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu noble-proposed/universe amd64
