Oracular, the release upgrader needs to be updated to be consistent
newly seeded

- snapd-desktop-integration stable to stable/ubuntu-24.10
not seeded anymore
- gnome-42-2204
The desktop-security-center and prompting-client are specific to the
desktop image, the other changes probably impact the other flavors
