The language 'tamil-phonetic' has not been made available in fcitx5 yet.
It has been introduced six months ago in a commit.
Adding this would be easier to type in via phonetic method as in
ibus-m17n than via the native way. Most language speakers type via
Phonetic or Inscript. Phonetic should have been prioritized over
Remington.
Either way, please add that table as package. So, it would be easier to
quickly type and avoids the need for ibus.
