As requirement for linuxptp MIR (LP#2071717) AppArmor rules needs to be
included for all linuxptp services:
* ptp4l(8)
* phc2sys(8)
* timemaster(8)
Once the AppArmor rules get added, the AppArmor rules of ntpsec source
package also needed to be expanded to allow reading the ntpd(8)
configuration file that timemaster(8) generates
