Hmm.. 
Afaik the web gui has always been included/embedded in the apt pcs package, at 
least upto Ubuntu 22.04.
It has been sufficient to do 'apt install pcs pacemaker corosync' to get all 
you need including whatever other "web dependencies" there might be. 
No need to mess about with npm or other package handlers (and/or to build 
anything from a git repo!).

May I ask which Debian version that Ubuntu 24.04 is downstream of so I
can file a request there at the right spot?
