Public bug reported:
Dark theme is not applied to some applications when Ubuntu starts.
This issue is mainly see in the "Files" GNOME manager and some file
dialogs and the "Settings" application.
If a close all this applications, wait some minutes and return to open them,
the dark them is restored. So, appear that the theme is not loaded at the login
moment.
