Public bug reported:
I have ubuntu 24.04 on my PC and my laptop. I use x11vnc server and
older release of ubuntu x11vnc icon was clickable, I use it to stop, or
change preference, open last session. But now I cannot access x11vnc
session via icon. I am using now only terminal to kill x11nvc. I tested
it kerner 6.8.0-45, 6.9.3 and 6.9.0.
