* Remove use of distutils to fix import error. (LP: #2061929)
- d/p/remove-distutil.patch: eliminate distutils in credentials.
- d/p/use-packaging.patch: use packaging instead of deprecated distutils.
- Add dependency on python3-packaging.
* d/p/use-urllib3.patch: Fix compatiblity with urllib3 2.x. (LP: #2065348)
- Add dependency on python3-urllib3.
* Ensure fixed version of py3compile/py3clean is used when upgrading
(LP: #2075337)
