Hi,
I cannot enter French quotes (French alt. keyboard setup): «» .
Happens in snaps Firefox, Thunderbird and LibreOffice (at least).
That was ok some time ago. Introduced either in Oracular or snapd 2.65,
that I don't remember.
I can enter French quotes «» (alt. gr. + W-X) in GNOME (e.g. in search
bar or GNOME Text Editor deb).
