** Description changed:

amd-qos is a MUT (multiple upstream tarball) package that groups amd QoS
  utility tools together.

It provides following binary packages as listed and explained below:

amd-axi-qos to set QOS value of AXI ports on ZynqMP platforms. This
Debian binary package enables users to manipulate QOS values of AXI
ports on ZynqMP platforms including KD240, KV260 and KR260 board
  families

amd-ddr-qos to set QOS value of DDR slots in ZynqMP platforms. This
Debian binary package enables users to manipulate QOS values of DDR
slots in ZynqMP platforms including KD240, KV260 and KR260 board
  families.

Packages are stable on upstream side so the risk of importing it into
  Ubuntu archive is low.
