Public bug reported:

During the upgrade process an error message "installed libgtk.3.0-cil-
Skript of package pre-removal subprocess gives error message 2. In a
dialog box is shown "unknown protocol <tags>".

The upgrade leaves a non working system. Restore of a backup system was 
necessary.
