Updated the MR at https://code.launchpad.net/~athos- ribeiro/ubuntu/+source/squid/+git/squid/+merge/472937 requesting a re- review - it updates the package to include the new key in the keyring. I will follow-up forwarding the change to Debian as requested, which should then be merged in the next development cycle if accepted.
