In the test plan:

> Toggle the Active Screen edges setting and verify the shell behaves according
> to the configuration

This always acts as though it was active, insofar as dragging a window to a
screen edge always results in the orange box to resize it. I think that is the
tiling extension that is overruling the behavior so I'd not fail on that but
the test probably needs updating.

> Enable/Disable the desktop icons, change the size and position. Verify that
> the desktop view refreshes according to the settings

The positioning is not being reflected, as can be seen in the attached screen
shot, so this must be a verification-failed.
