In PREFERENCES there is a KDE SYSTEMS SETTINGS option which does nothing...

It does nothing

I recall history with this, but sorry I can't recall the
specifics/details. I suspect it's there because of some dependencies;
and the item was going to be hidden, but maybe it should also be
reported on release notes or something explaining why its there or
something..
