Do we ship any Ubuntu system where /boot/dtb is a directory?
I understand that this is annoying if you _need_ that directory for some
reason, but we cannot account for every possible case for everything.
I am not against adding this in the future when we do a new GRUB, but it
doesn't seem very important unless it specifically breaks some supported
Ubuntu configuration.
