Oracular did not change how grub-install registers EFI boot entries.
> grub-install: error: failed to register the EFI boot entry: Invalid
argument.
This is usually caused by the firmware returning an error from the
RT->SetVariable() call.
It would be nice if someone could try to add or delete a boot entry with
efibootmgr and/or run grub-install from a working install on an affected
machine and see what the output is.
It would be hard to take any meaningful action here without more
information.
