Public bug reported:
In Ubuntu/Noble, there is this configuration file:
/usr/share/polkit-1/rules.d/49-ubuntu-admin.rules
Contents:
polkit.addAdminRule(function(action, subject) {
return ["unix-group:sudo", "unix-group:admin"];
});
I'm not sure if that group should be "unix-group:adm" instead, but right
now we're seeing this in the logs:
polkitd[2284]: Identity `unix-group:admin' is not valid, ignoring: No
UNIX group with name admin: No such file or directory
Please advise.
