Note: I haven't enroll key in BIOS when installing Nvidia driver for the
first time perhaps it was causing the sleeping bug? i really don't know,
but the bug stopped after reinstallating the Nvidia driver and enroll
the key in BIOS.

**IMPORTANT**: It seems i made a bug in the system which prevent nvidia-
suspend.service, nvidia-hibernate.service, and nvidia-resume.service
from working as i kept meddling with Nvidia settings. I am not expert so
there could be more bugs i am unaware of. The bug seems to happen
because the files of services aren't installed with driver for some
reason.

============ Steps for reinstalling driver ============

1) sudo apt update && sudo apt -y upgrade

2) removed Nvidia driver
sudo apt --purge remove '*nvidia*'

3) install nvidia driver again. there is key something that should
sudo ubuntu-drivers install

4) restart and on menu, blue colored menu located in the middle part of
the screen in case of dell laptop, choose enroll the key. Note, Don't
choose continue choice from menu before enroll the key.
