How to reproduce it: In libreOffice Write or Calc type an accent (´) and
any vocal to get á, é, í, ó, ú. After that the keys Enter, ESC,
backspace and Delete stop working for that application.

The problem started after upgrading from Ubuntu 22.04 to 24.04

Is not exactly the same behavior, but it could be related to 2084323.
