Thanks. Those logs show kernel crashes in the i915 driver. But there's
still a chance it could be the Nvidia driver's fault.
Since you're using X11 there's actually no way gnome-shell/mutter could
cause a single display to freeze because X11 forces us to redraw them
all at the same time in a single operation. So that's why this is
classified as a kernel (or Nvidia driver) bug.
