Looks like the service files are intended to be symlinks, so it does not
appear intended that both should be installed by the user.  I assume the
intent was to rename upstream's service rather than to provide two, so
something does feel like it's not quite right here.

I suspect this is related to this debian bug regarding a dangling
symlink:

   https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=959917

So they appear to be aware of a problem but there hasn't been an update
in a while.  Would you mind inquiring on the Debian bug about the
problem?  Since we currently auto-sync the package from Debian, if the
cleanup is done in Debian we'll pick up the fix in our next release
automatically.
