I was contacted via a side channel and got the following update on the
verification:
While the verification (regression testing) of a normal zdump was successful,
the Secure Execution guest dump (with encryption with customer keys) failed.

So this is a 'verification-failed-jammy'!

The infrastructure that was used was based on kernel, qemu and s390-tools all
from jammy-proposed.
It turned out that the failure was due to the s390-tools package update only.
Mainly because one patch was incomplete and another one was missing.

Work has started to solve this (with an updated package version
2.20.0-0ubuntu3.5), rebuild in PPA, pre-test based on the PPA and
prepare for a new upload ...
