Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Please execute the following command only once, as it will automatically gather debugging information, in a terminal:
apport-collect 2084080 When reporting bugs in the future please use apport by using 'ubuntu- bug' and the name of the package affected. You can learn more about this functionality at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ReportingBugs. That command can be run on the system after an install failed with this error; which will allow details to be added to this report. As provided; with no logs etc, or clear specifics from the install; its unlikely anything can be explored or looked at. I've thus marked this report as 'incomplete', but THANK YOU for recording your test on the ISO QA tracker, but no hardware or other details existed in comment. (FYI: I wonder if this was just network issues relating to canonical infrastructure; but without logs we can't know what mirror etc your install was using) ** Changed in: calamares (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2084080 Title: Install using Calamares+installer-prompt (updates) fails To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/calamares/+bug/2084080/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
