I just ran into this bug during a dist upgrade from Ubuntu 20.04 to
22.04. I am using the graphical upgrade tool. The upgrade was hanging at
"Pregenerating ConTeXt MarkIV format. This may take some time..." for
several hours.

Fortunately, I found this thread about hitting the <Enter> key several
times. This also worked in the terminal displayed inside the graphical
upgrade tool.

Thank you for this hint. I was seriously worried that the upgrade had
screwed up my system before I found this thread.
