Public bug reported:
When the ptyxis package is installed, it isn't added as an alternative
for x-terminal-emulator.
Something similar to this needs adding:
update-alternatives --install /usr/bin/x-terminal-emulator x-terminal-emulator
/usr/bin/ptyxis 50
And similar on removal.
