You did not mention Firefox, with comes pre-installed. Does the problem
not happen there or did you just not test it there?
Your home interface is connected. Do you have a non-conventional home
directory, or is it the usual /home/USER? The Apparmor log indicates the
latter, but I want to confirm it.
In /var/lib/snapd/apparmor/profiles/snap.chromium.chromium, do you have
such a section:
