Public bug reported:
Virtualbox doesn't work "out of the box" with 24.04.1 LTS.
Installed it with apt, out of the default repo:
```

... then attempted to create and start a virtual machine and got this
error from VirtualBox:
```
Kernel driver not installed (rc=-1908)
```
... and a suggestion to run `modprobe vboxdrv` under root.
So I did, but that gave me this error:
```
modprobe: ERROR: could not insert 'vboxdrv': Key was rejected by service
```
Just in case, the SecureBoot is turned off on this machine. Tried to
follow few different manuals on internet (mainly ending up in
reinstalling few kernel packages) - none of that works.
