It looks like you updated this package to build against glib 2.80; from
the package changelog:
xfce4-panel (4.18.4-1build1) noble; urgency=medium
* No-change rebuild against libglib2.0-0t64

Is it possible to revert that change, or would that cause the package to
fail to build, or to run at all?
