I found an older Ubuntu box (18.04) with older LO/Calc (6.4.7.2) and Gnome rather than Wayland, and it works correctly: [Alt+F] opens the File menu, and the New sub-menu then auto-opens, but the File menu’s options remain available for keystroke selection.
I then installed LODev 6.4.0.0.alpha0+ for testing, and the issue is present using this version on my system. Thus, it does not appear to be only a LO issue. It has been suggested that this may be related to Wayland, rather than LO. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2084605 Title: File|(all options) can no longer be accessed via keystrokes To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libreoffice/+bug/2084605/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
