We should enable malcontent in gnome-control-center for jammy too, but
that's really just one entry point. We can verify malcontent in this SRU
for jammy without it. We'll get that enabled for the next gnome-
control-center SRU.
To test malcontent without gnome-control-center, run 'malcontent-
control' to get the UI.
