Public bug reported:
Trying to use vim-fugitive on vim running on a konsole over gnome, on
Ubuntu 22.04, I bump into this issue: https://github.com/tpope/vim-
fugitive/issues/1863 .
It has since been fixed on 3.5, and if I update to the vim-fugitive 3.7
package available for 23.10 the problem is no longer there.
