I have this problem on Asus ProArt Creator X670E AM5 (AMD), after a BIOS update and CPU upgrade. Disabling plymouth (SPLASH) and the TPP hardware makes no difference. The 6.8, 6.11 OEM kernel and latest liquorix 6.11 all show this problem. Occasionally it will reboot or shutdown, maybe 5% of the time. The log messages indicate that shutdown target is reached. I'm left with a blinking underscore.
