It isn't. They then asked: "then why do you have the aws kernel installed in the first place?" I don't know. I didn't intend to ask for it. User ravage suggests: "we had the same a few weeks back. somehow a full- upgrade pulled it in for no reason" I might have done an apt full-upgrade.
