Yes, sorry for the confusion. I originally wrote both the SRU patch, and the test plan, under the impression that we *would* adjust the priority for oracular. Once the SRU was accepted into -proposed, and I was ready to do the verification, I checked in with an AA about making the adjustment. I was told that it was not worth making the adjustment for oracular. At the time, I was hoping to get this SRU processed rather quickly, and thought it was reasonable to amend the test plan rather than re-upload.
