[Impact]
* The lldb package in oracular provides a unversioned symlink only for
the lldb-19, lldb-argdumper-19, and lldb-server-19 executables from the
lldb-19 package, but not for the lldb-dap-19 binary.
* It breaks out-of-the box configuration of IDE extensions expecting to
find lldb-dap within PATH.
* It also breaks user expectation, as the other binaries can be invoked
by the unversioned name.
[Regression Potential]
* Adding an unversioned symlink for the lldb-dap-19 executable from the
lldb-19 package, which is currently missing, should not affect the
behaviour of any other application on the system.
