Ubuntu regularly backports patches to older OpenStack releases based on
them being present in an Ubuntu LTS release - Yoga is the release
shipped with Ubuntu 22.04 and as such is supported for 5+ years.

We do need to ensure that this fix is made into the master branch of
cinder first so that it forms part of the Epoxy release but we'll also
need to backport the fix to releases between Yoga and Epoxy that are
also still in support by Ubuntu (and Canonical).
