The patch that "fixed" this issue only made the segfault go away, it did
not address the original issue. You still have to restart any JRE-hosted
process for them to be able to fork successfully, after the new
spawnhelper tool has been installed.

Note that in https://salsa.debian.org/openjdk-
team/openjdk/-/commit/49fb1e61f8d303de0aa58e547859a0b87c50efbe the patch
for the debian/ubuntu package got dropped, since it was integrated by
upstream.
