Public bug reported:
Logitech bluetooth Mouse(MX3) and Keyboard K860 were connecting to the
PC automatically all the time and even after PC restarts. I could enter
login credentials and use my mouse automatically.
From the last 2 weeks, the keyboard and mouse would not connect
automatically to the PC when the PC is restarted.
Whenever I try to move the mouse or press a button on the keyboard,
there is an attempt to connect(which I see on the top right corner of
the screen near the bluetooth icon) to the PC but it would not connect.
Even if try to click on the 'Connect' in the bluetooth module(by using a
USB mouse/trackpad), it would not connect.
The only solution I have figured out is to use a USB keyboard and mouse
to login to the PC. Then in the Bluetooth module, I need to forget the
already added mouse and the keyboard and then add them fresh. Then it is
working fine until the next restart.
I did not find any problem with the BT audio devices. They connect
without any problem.
This is annoying and causing loss of productivity and it has to be
fixed. This bug was introduced sometime recently.
