Thanks for the logs. It's interesting that different runs are failing slightly differently.
This one failed with, possibly like you mention in the very first run: Command: ['unshare', '--fork', '--pid', '--', 'chroot', '/tmp/tmpgouri547/target', 'efibootmgr', '-B', '-b', '0000'] Which appears to be a documented use case for efibootmgr for "Deleting a boot option". I think the next step is to play with the affected device and see if you can get more information from efibootmgr about why deleting the boot entry is failing - maybe the efibootmgr argument --verbose will help. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2085818 Title: Failure to deploy because of inability to set EFI variable To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/curtin/+bug/2085818/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
