Looks good! Here is what I did to test: *) Built a fresh Ubuntu 24.04 system and brought up to date: apt-get update && apt-get upgrade -y
*) Enabled noble-proposed in the suites section of /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ubuntu.sources *) Updated apt and installed the proposed version of xymon: apt-get update && apt-get install xymon/noble-proposed *) Out of the box, all checks are functional. I let it run overnight. Collected data every five minutes with no errors. Thank you so much for tackling this bug. It has been many years since In contributed to a project like this. I appreciate everyone taking time to get this resolved and pushed back into the distribution. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2078638 Title: coredumps with Xymon on 24.04 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xymon/+bug/2078638/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
