Hi, I saw that, but I'm not sure if the impact of this bug is known. My system crashed at least 3 times during the setup, I installed it via USB Ethernet and also had a USB flash stick attached. The system froze completely. This issue can be triggered through poor USB connectivity. I first thought it's a defect SSD but it was the USB Core issue. I understand that pushing out a new kernel has to be done carefully. In a german VDR forum someone made a side note that his system froze during a court hearing. We manufacture USB devices and test and flash firmware with Ubuntu, during the testing stage which requires a lot connecting / reconnecting of the devices the system also froze a couple of times.
Advancing the fix of this issue is highly recommended. I just want to be sure you are aware about the impact this problem can have.
