Hi Jay, We can proceed with the SRU for Jammy by having you as part of the testing process if that's OK with you. But, if I understood your comment in #51 correctly, the problem is happening at Noble as well, right?
Also, based on your comment, the fix has not yet been released. Thanks for asking for a new release in [1]! However, we cannot proceed with backporting it downstream without the fix in the latest version: we need the fix in Ubuntu 25.04 plucky first. Dnsmasq is now a sync from Debian, so we need the fix first in Debian. Then, we could assume that the fix is needed from Jammy up to Plucky, so we would need to patch Oracular and Noble too... could the patch be tested in The Ironic infra for the correspondent SRUs in every of that supported series (Oracular, Noble and Jammy)? If yes, I could start preparing the packages to the same ppa with the fix for every series affected. Thank you again for your willingness.
