Please sync timekpr-next 0.5.4-3 from Debian unstable.
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Replace libgtk-3-0 with libgtk-3-0t64 in Build-Depends.
* Don't hard-code dependeny on shared library.
These both dealt with the time_t transition, which involved a hard-coded
dependency on the libgtk-3-0 library. Debian removed this dependency as
it's implied by the existing gir1.2-gtk-3.0 dependency anyway.
